College Hill Apartments is a 90 unit multi-family complex located in Lynchburg, VA. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Townhome Apartments with two laundry facilities located on the property. All of our apartments are smoke free and are subsidized under the section 8 Program through the US Department of HUD. College Hill Apartments is located in a historic district just minutes away from downtown Lynchburg. We are conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, places of worship, and the City of Lynchburg Transit Authority bus route. A full time Resident Services Coordinator is also available on staff.
