Piedmont Flour Mill Lofts preserves a historic building dating back to the late 1800s. The building was renovated in 2017 and still holds the original mechanical parts of the flour mill throughout the community. It now houses studio lofts, one and two bedrooms with a select number of two-bedroom townhomes. Our selection of apartment amenities includes original hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, and so much more.
