This apartment community provides accessible, rent subsidized housing to very low-income adults with disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and/or mobility impairments. Seniors who use a walker or cane, have hearing or visual impairments or have physical ailments due to arthritis or surgeries are encouraged to apply. Rent includes heat, water and trash removal. Apartments include roll in showers, roll under counter tops, lowered light switches, carpeting, mini blinds and more. Rent is based on 30% of income and applications can be found on our website.
