The Masonry is an urban, modern, mixed use community in historic Shockoe Bottom that embraces the rich architectural legacy of old Richmond. Our goal is to provide locals and newcomers a unique community experience where one can enjoy history, the outdoors, old neighborhoods, dining and nightlife – all within walking distance. Through careful consideration of the 18th century foundation, innovative design and attention to details regarding features and amenities, The Masonry allows the old and the new to coexist in balance and harmony. We have 7 different buildings each with their own unique look and feel and offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes.
