Originally the Virginia Laundry Company (circa 1915), this historic building was made to last using nothing but solid masonry and concrete. The renovation was completed in 2019 during which the building was transformed into 24 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature stained cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, exposed interior brick walls, concrete ceilings, giant steel windows, exposed spiral ductwork, stained concrete floors, white oak hardwood floors and include a washer and dryer in every unit. A fitness room and indoor bicycle storage room are available 24/7 to all residents. The building has on-site parking, controlled access, security cameras and free internet, specific to each individual apartment.
