In the middle of the vibrant SU and 12th Ave corridor, Firenze has easy access to freeways, downtown, First Hill, Broadway, and south Seattle, and is located right on major bus lines that will take you anywhere in a flash. Firenze is just blocks from Seattle University and features one floor of spacious and bright loft suites and five floors of traditional Pod units. Each aPodment Suite is furnished with a kitchenette, bed, desk, and chair at no extra cost. There are full-sized kitchens located on every floor, and each floor has its own coin-op washer and dryer. And our on-site janitorial service keeps the building spotless so you can forget about messy roommates!
