Englewood Garden Villas is a garden style independent senior community for those 55+. You don't have to be retired to live here, just 55 or older. Our community is located on the west side of Yakima close to shopping, medical buildings, and Hwy 12. We have provided quality affordable housing in Yakima since 1992 and continue to give our residents the "best" living experience available. We also follow income restriction guidelines for our property. A minimum income of $26,640 per year and a maximum of $33,180 per year is required per our guidelines.
