Hi, it’s us, Jack. We’re one of the few dog-friendly apartments in Capitol Hill, with a rooftop dog park. But that’s not the only thing on the roof. Our rooftop pub has a wet bar, kegerator zone, BBQ grills, fire pits, and Belgian heating. The indoor lounge has a DJ booth and large flat screen TV, not to mention the Jack’d Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day. Pick a studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom with a modern finish. That means quartz countertops, pet-friendly vinyl plank floors, Smart home air conditioning and heating, gas stoves, and USB outlets.
