Mark Spencer is a lovely building located on the NW corner of Capitol Hill in Seattle that enjoys sweeping lake and downtown views, a heated pool, landscaped courtyard, and an incredible community of great neighbors. It’s the closest thing in Seattle to living in a resort without getting on a plane.
