Awful place
“The place wasn't too bad before management changed. Now we have inconsistent managers who never answer our calls, they gave away the parking spot I had been assigned years before, and have practically caused me to not get another apartment because they won't answer the screening company. No recommended.” -

University Housing LLC
Do not move in!
“This does not even deserve a 1 star! University Housing LLC is the worst APT management ever! Once they have your money, they do NOT care about you! They overcharge for everything (water, deposit fee, carpet fee, utilities) and the size of the place you get is not worth what you're really paying for! Unless you have money to give out, do not pay them!”
