The Ravenna House is a contemporary 32-unit building located in Seattle’s Wedgewood neighborhood. The building consists of both 1 & 2 bedroom apartment homes with spacious floorplans. They feature either wall-to-wall carpet or laminate wood planking. In addition, many of our units have updated fixtures and appliances. As a resident, a free parking space is also included. If you're commuting, it's 20 minutes by car to downtown Seattle’s Financial District. If you're a UW student, it's a 15 min drive or 25 min by bus. Less than a block from your front door are routes # 309, 312, 994. Within 3 blocks are routes # 372, 77, 73, 373. Ravenna House is close to many parks including, Magnuson Park, Greenlake Park & Maple Leaf Reservoir Park.
