The Serpentine Apartments is a historical Spanish stucco apartment building centrally located in the very popular Wallingford neighborhood. It is made up of 19 apartments amongst 3 floors, both Studio & 1-Bedrooms. At the turn of the century, the new wave of people moving into the Seattle area demanded luxury accommodations. In 1928, The Serpentine Apartments were built to meet those demands. This one-of-a-kind building combines historical elegance with modern conveniences.
