Mid-Century Living, Since 1959 The Hiatt was designed by Seattle architect Blaine McCool, and is located one block off the UW campus and University Way, with easy access to transit, museums, banks, groceries, pharmacies, the University Book Store, countless restaurants and cafe's, and the U-District Farmers Market every Saturday. All apartments are 1 bedroom, 1 bath units, 590-650 sq. ft. Some have decks, and a few have small patio areas. The building is NON-SMOKING. Cats and legitimate Service Animals only (no ESA’s). We offer off-street parking, secured garage parking, as well as an on-site resident manager. With competitive rents and an ideal location, it is hard to beat, and some of our residents have been here for many years.
