Charleston Arbors is a Project-Based Section 8 high-rise apartment building located in beautiful downtown Charleston, WV. Our building is located along Elk River within one mile of the Charleston Town Center Mall, Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center, Kroger, Greyhound bus station, and much more. We have 204 one and two-bedroom apartments designated for elderly and persons with disabilities, each equipped with a refrigerator, range, new kitchen cabinets, and central air conditioning. Our building also includes a social services coordinator for our residents, onsite laundry facilities, and even an onsite business center with computers for our residents to use.
