Fairmont Arbors is a high-rise apartment building conveniently located in downtown Fairmont, WV, within walking distance of the Marion County Public Library, Post Office, Dollar General, Fairmont Bowling Center, and much more. Our building has 119 one-bedroom apartments and is Project-Based Section 8 housing designated specifically for the elderly and persons with disabilities. Each unit includes a refrigerator, range, ample storage space, and a private balcony with each apartment! We have onsite management and maintenance, an onsite laundry facility, and a community room and library, TV room, and spacious lounge for residents to enjoy.
