We are a hometown rental company located in historic South Park, one of Morgantown’s oldest and most walkable neighborhoods. It is home to a local coffee shop, historic Genes Beer Garden, a bakery, pizza shop, car repair center and more. It is one of the most historically unique, scenic and walkable neighborhoods to downtown Morgantown and the main campus of WVU. We offer a variety of housing solutions from one bedroom efficiency units upwards and including 4 bedroom houses most of which include well manicured lawns and free off street parking.
