The Current, owned by CapVest, is a new 105-unit residential development consisting of four buildings, which include a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. It is located on the north side of River Falls near the corner of Paulson and Radio Road. The development also includes a conservancy area, walking trails, a fitness center, an on-site leasing office, direct access to the regional bike trail, and a community park.
