“bugs everywhere in every apt on the property and u cant have furniture because of bed bugs are in the walls and u never have running water in the day time since the mgr is always working on the plumbing on the apts raw sewage is all over the ground not to mention the assist mgr is always threatening to throw ur stuff out of the apt for anything and the roaches are so bad u can never get rid of them THE MGRS ALWAYS TALK TO EVERYONE IN APTS ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE BIZ THIS PLACE IS A DUMP ” -

“dont bother to rent here or any other property that involves RAAMCO TEXAS PROPERTIES...STAFFING IS RUDE DRINK IN WORKING HOURS AND WITH RESIDENTS MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE.WHEN I MOVED IN,THE MAKE READY WASNT,I MEAN ISNT GOOD,ITS REALLY NASTY!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE...ohh,AND IF THIS GETS ERASED IS B/C OF THE TRUTH AND IM LIVING IT RIGHT NOW...” -

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAAMCO TEXAS PROPERTIES/PINYON POINT APARTMENTS TO KNOW.DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$ WITH THEM.THE STAFFING IS REAL MEAN DISRESPECTFUL DRINKING IN WORKING HOURS AND WITH RESIDENTS. MAINTENANCE IS TERIBBLE AND CANT EVEN DO THEIR JOB.THE MAKE READY IS NOT EVEN DONE HOW IS SUPPOST TO WHEN ITS A MOVE IN.A/C BROKEN DOWN ALOT OF ROACHES WALLS PAINTLESS AND CRAKED DOORS DONT LOCK OR CLOSE RIGHT.THIEFS BREAKING IN AND STAFF DONT DO NOTTING ABOUT IT.I HAD TO CALL THE CITY ON THEM AS MORE RESIDENT DO TOO.IF THIS GETS ERASED IS BECAUSE IM SAYING THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS NASTY PROPERTY...KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND ALL THE REST!!!
