Whitham Cottages is a premier boutique student-housing community located less than one mile from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Whitham Cottages has ten newly constructed four-bedroom/four-bath floor units that are extremely spacious and very well designed. Each unit includes a first level that features a LARGE living room, a beautiful kitchen w/ granite counters and stainless appliances, a walk-in laundry room, a dining area and a half bathroom. The second level has all four bedrooms, each tenant gets a bedroom with a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Amenities include dual zoned heating and cooling, large porch, and stainless steel appliances. We are also pet-friendly. All units have in-unit laundry.
