Allegro Student Housing Apartments is a 140 bedroom community built for students near SSU with an onsite gym, game room, laundry, and volleyball/picnic/bbq area. Our four-bedroom 2-bath apartments are set up so that each person has a locked private bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other student. The newly renovated modern kitchen and living rooms are shared with 3 other roommates. Although the kitchen is in a shared area, the refrigerator and sink are shared between two tenants only. Again, all bedrooms are single and have their own door lock. For our student tenants, we have 10, 11, and 12 month lease periods available. Need something else?
