    “Living at colony house is cheap byt the quality of facility an character of landlord is pittyful. Only one person in building can shower because water is always cold. Other tenats relet the property an landlord is aware of it. Most are months behind on rent an it is allowed. And ther is drug activity every day an night. Every day there are fights an drunks hanging around”
