  “Not worth the money. Place is filthy. Apartment was falling apart, faucets leaked, drafty exterior walls, bathroom was disgusting. Hallway was dim and carpet was gross; elevator was ancient and smelled of urine. Basement damp. Don't get anything delivered that won't fit in your mailbox because packages are commonly stolen. Sketchy characters inside and out. strong odor of pot in hallway and there's usually suspicous activities in the rear of the parking lot. once there was a power outage and non of the emergency lights worked.”
