Best value in Rexburg for male students. The apartments house three, four, or six men depending on the layout. Each bedroom is spacious and has an attached bathroom. An open kitchen and living room area make these apartments a great place for socializing and group activities. The lounge at Avonlea Men's is a perfect hangout area and ideal for parties or FHE activities. It has ping-pong, foosball, board games, and a giant theater room.
