BYU-Idaho Approved Men's Housing. A four-minute walk to campus! Pincock House is a rarity in housing as all of its rooms are private rooms. This house is amazing. There is plenty of storage space for those wanting some extra room. Living in a house you feel more at home. It's a great place to live if you want to be private without being anti-social. There is a great front yard area to have gatherings, or just enjoy the fresh air.
