  “i used to live there they will shut the water and heat off without telling you they are extremely rude they rip you off of your money when you move the cause such extreme amounts of stress i highly do not suggest you live there if you have kids or are pregnant or have a newborn child they are not fair on rent the manager rents out apartments to his friends and does not charge the same amount of rent for everybody some ppl pay 450 others pay 395 and so on it looks nice on the outside but is crappy on the inside they wont fix things on time and will charge you for fixing something even if its like that before you move in or before that management took over”
