We are a privately owned apartment complex located in the middle of Lafayette. We are only a short distance from UL and SLCC. Although accept all range applicants from college students to the elderly, we are not handicap accessible. We are a set rate complex and do not accept Hud vouchers, subsidized housing vouchers, nor are we income based.
