Windsor Housing, LP is a multi-family apartment complex located in North Shreveport on North Hearne Ave. There are bus stops located in front of both complex that are good means of transportation. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood where residents are watching out for each other to ensure a good environment for their family to grow. We you are not over-income; our income limit is 60%. We do accept housing vouchers such as Shreveport Housing Authority, or Community Support, and a few others that are not commonly utilized.
