Spring Valley Apartments Under New Management since 11/2022 2bd/2bath, 2bd/1ba and 1bd/1ba. Units. We have renovated and updated the units, and repaired the many damaged walls, ceilings in all units that needed repairs. We updated all balconies, rails and changed and secured all metal steps in all the garden style units. We painted the outside of each building as well as every vent on all building hallways.
