The Brick House apartments are a quadplex and guest house located on the last corner of downtown Morganton. The first floor units are available unfurnished for year long leases while the top floor units are provided as executive style furnished units. These can be rented month to month and included all utilities. The Carriage House located behind the main house is a short term rental. You can book through Airbnb for a one-of-a-kind home away from home. The house features exposed beams, restored farm house sinks and a claw foot tub and a cozy eclectic feel.
