This is a small 20 unit complex located in Emory, Texas. Surrounding mostly by pasture; this complex has been the home of some residents for 6+ years. This property has an income to rent ratio to qualify. It is non-smoking complex and tenants with three strikes will not be tolerated. We respect our residents and do our best to keep the drama outside the complex, some of these people may give us a bad review, and ever motion in their comments that they were evicted. We do our best to make each resident feel safe.
