Holleman by the Park is a small community of buildings located near the corner of Holleman and Anderson (1402 Holleman, College Station, Texas USA 77840). They are locally owned and managed. The residents seem to be a mix of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals. Some highlights of the units include: Across the street from Anderson Park Close to Target, HEB (nice grocery store), Starbucks, and other Shopping located at Texas Ave. & Holleman. Less than 1 mile from Texas A&M University campus with a simple bike path directly into campus. Less than 1 block from Texas A&M University Shuttle Bus pickup/drop off. Laundry next door to units.
