The Marquee Apartments are owned by Wayland Baptist University, and operated by the Housing Department. Marquee is one of several off-campus housing facilites availiable to Wayland students. The apartments offer one and two bedroom options, and feature a living space, kitchen, and bathroom. All apartments are carpeted in living areas, and tiled in kitchen and bathroom areas.
