Northgate is ran by the residents rather then the office and We all know what is happening due to our bond with each other, We created a diversity community that depends on one another to keep our complex safe -We are the change that every community asks for due to our Seniors that are on the Neighbor hood Watch committee it's rare that crimes happen in Northgate . North gate was built in the 80 and has a well open concept floor plan for the eating area and open concept layouts eliminate walls between different areas, creating one large space for were different areas coexist
