Our Cozy, Quiet, Comfortable place in the Country - 2 Bedroom 900 sq ft. vacation rental apartment. We are located 5 miles north of Lockhart, the BBQ Capital of Texas and 25 miles south of Austin the Live Music Capital of the World. There are only 8 houses that can be seen from the apartment, some of them are miles away so you won't feel crowded. The views to the east are up to 15 miles. Things are quiet here with many folks commenting on how noise & stress free it is. There are pastures with horses & cattle around us, something you don't see at most vacation rentals. Being so far out of town this is also a great place for stargazing. We are managed via Vrbo, listing #1936980 in Lockhart, TX.
