The St Charles Apartments are an established 2 building complex that has two floors per building and a total of 12 units. The 12 units are divided into 1 three bedroom unit and 5 one bedroom units in one building and 6 two bedroom units in the second building. These apartments were built in 1996 and still have a definite new feel about them. Each apartment has a large walk-in closet, a refrigerator, a dish washer and washer/dryer hookups. Each unit has its own individual electric central AC/heat. The two story, garden style complex has a brick veneer exterior, wood frame construction and composition roof on a concrete slab.
