The historic Aumont building houses 8 apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors and 9 office spaces on the 4th floor. The building was built in 1916 as a hotel but was eventually renovated. The Rose Ballroom is also housed in the building and is used for parties, weddings, conferences, showers, etc. The 1916 Bar & Bistro is a restaurant and full service bar on the 1st floor. Court Street Coffee Shop moved into the building August 2020!
