The Courthouse Lofts is a beautifully restored historic landmark of Lubbock consisting of twenty-three (23) distinct loft apartments and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The building is a modern adaptation of Italian Renaissance architectural style at the time of its construction and is an example of the classism popular for public architecture in the 1920s and early 1930s. This four-story mixed-use and pet-friendly building is organized vertically with loft apartments on the first, second, & third floors and commercial office space on the lower English basement floor. We offer many up-to-date floorplans in a variety of styles ranging from 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments to a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath apartment.
